34th Gawad Urian

It's my first time to attend in a prestigious Award giving body for Movies, and it is the 34th Gawad Urian.
The event was hosted by comedy queen Ai ai delas alas, multiple award winning best Actor, Cesar Montano and Tv host Butch Francisco.
The awards focus on actors and films who gave their best and contribution in making our country popular all over the world. Gawad Urian gave tribute to the 10 Best Films of the Decade and to the three Best actors Coco Martin, Cherie Pie Picache and Gina Pareno.

Urian also presented the Natatanging Gawad to scriptwriter Jose F. Lacaba, which according to him this is the first time that they recognize a scriptwriter.

Lea Salonga, Kean Cipriano of Callalily, Christian Bautista, Sitti Navarro are amongst the artists who gave entertainment during the show through singing unforgettable pinoy songs.

Also Laughs spread in the room while Eugene Domingo on the stage to cited the special award for Ms. Cherie Pie Picache as one the three Best Actors/Actress of the Decade.
